The seaside came to Keighley this weekend for a special three-day event hosted by Keighley Town Council and the Keighley BID.
The town centre was buzzing with activity for all three days.
Saturday and Sunday saw the Church Green taken over by traditional seaside activities, with a pirate show, Punch and Judy, and donkey rides, which proved to be massively popular! There was even some sunshine to make it extra special.
The Keighley Bus Museum Trust put on free vintage bus rides from Cavendish Street around the town centre all day on Saturday, with an open top bus to make the most of the sunshine!
On Monday visitors could enjoy face painting and some mind-boggling balloon models, as well as taking photos with special guest Spongebob Squarepants.
Spongebob loved meeting Danny Mylo and Rosie Madison from Pulse 1 for their Radio Roadshow. Pulse were outside in the sun and the rain for Yorkshire Day with special competitions, live music, performers, and Keighley Cougars head coach Paul March.
Young and old alike were out on our indoor beach in the Airedale Shopping Centre all weekend, building sandcastles and enjoying the atmosphere. And the best part is that the beach will be here until the 28th of August! Open daily 10am-4pm.
