A lively celebration of song and dance brought the half term to a close at Airedale Shopping Centre. Keighley BID joined forces once again with Stage 84 to bring a full day of singing and dancing workshops.
Dozens of families took part in the activities in Keighley Town Centre on Saturday 27th May, with free face-painting and balloon models.
Under-12s had the chance to take part in dancing and singing master classes, and some brave youngsters enthralled the crowd by performing solo.
Yorkshire’s leading performing arts school - Stage 84 - have been going since 1984, training many famous faces of the screen and stage.
Keighley BID (Business Improvement District) is funded by town centre businesses. Paul Howard, BID manager, said, “It was fantastic to see so many families enjoying their day in the Airedale Shopping Centre, we’ll be organising more events this summer, with a special campaign to promote independent businesses, plus the return of the indoor beach!”
